Ant is an ex-bodybuilder turned group fitness instructor who runs half marathons for fun. After years of being a beefcake, Ant met a young fitness instructor by the name of Beki and realised that cardio was not in fact the enemy.
Enjoying any chance to be the centre of attention, Ant took to group fitness quickly and was soon teaching to packed out sports halls every night of the week. Ant finally gave up his desk job to pursue a career in fitness, co-founding The Fitness Room in Bolton with his partner Beki in 2016.
