This mobility and stretch routine is perfect for an active recovery day or if you feel you need a longer stretch post workout. Across 30 minutes you will mobilise the joints and stretch the muscles to develop greater range of movement and improved flexibility. This will allow you to achieve better results from your workouts and reduce injury risk

Our East London cockney SH1FT Coach insists on two things: all black everything and that you kick ass in class. Growing up in Plaistow and being a gobby little shit helped Sam to develop a knack for running... fast, which led to him becoming a National standard Athlete. Sam relocated north to the sandy beaches of South Shields, where he now co-owns his own gym, SR2 fitness.


A stickler for execution and possessing an athlete’s movement, Sam was part of the team that brought INSANITY LIVE to the UK, training instructors from Cardiff to Cambridge covering the length and breadth of the country in his trusty Ford Fiesta.


Now, as a founding member of the SH1FT Team, Sam helps keep the format authentic and athletic.
